Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products to Liquid Oxygen for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Liquid Oxygen unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

  • Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.888.91.CLEAR for additional information necessary to return an order and to process a credit.
  • When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return Section. To ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Return Section in the front of the original invoice.
  • Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 30 days to process the return and to credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

Important Note: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 1.888.91.CLEAR or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.


How do exchanges work?

If for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we’ll happily accommodate you. We will immediately ship out the product you’d like, and give you up to 10 business days to return the product with which you were not satisfied.

How long will my exchange or return take?

Return ground shipping can take up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.
